Mr Chan Tuck Lee
Divisional Managing Director, Engineering Division
Mr Chan holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Loughborough University of Technology,England. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore and Malaysia since 1995. He joined the Group in 1991 as a Project manager and had since held various senior positions in the Engineering Department before his last position as Divisional General Manager. Mr Chan had also worked in several property development, contracting and consultancy firms in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore prior to joining the Group.
Mr Tai Chee Yick General Manager, Building Services Division Mr Tai graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore since 1986. He joined the Group in 1990 as a Project Manager. He has gain valuable design experience in Consultancy Services involving projects in Australia, China, Indonesia etc. before joining UES.

Johnson Tang General Manager, Environmental Engineering, Water Division
Mr Tang holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Hull. He joined the Group in 1995 as an Engineering Manager. He has more than 27 years of experience in the field of process, mechanical and electrical engineering involving planning, designing, project management and supervision of various disciplinary services for local and overseas projects. He has also extensive experience in environmental engineering and industrial projects.
